  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of **200 BDT** is required to cover delivery charges and processing fees. This amount is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Product Inspection

  • Check Before Acceptance: Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel. This allows you to verify the condition and quality of the item before accepting it.

Rejection of Product

  • Right to Reject: If, upon inspection, you find that the product does not meet your expectations or is not as described, you have the right to reject the delivery. In such cases, you will not be charged for the product.

Refunds on Additional Payments

  • Refund Process: If you have made any advance payments beyond the initial 200 BDT (for example, for the product itself), those amounts will be refunded in full if you choose to reject the product upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that you thoroughly check the product before accepting it.
  • The 200 BDT advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds for additional payments will be processed within **5-7 business days** after the rejection of the product.
