Responsibilities:
✅ Create new and unique clothing designs
✅ Research fashion trends, customer preferences, fabrics, colors, and design concepts
✅ Generate creative ideas for new collections and seasonal launches
✅ Develop design sketches, concepts, and technical details
✅ Select fabric, color, print, embroidery, and finishing
✅ Coordinate with the production team, tailors, and vendors for sample development
✅ Check fitting, measurement, stitching, and finishing quality of samples
✅ Identify design or production issues and make necessary modifications
✅ Create premium collections aligned with brand identity and customer preference
✅ Design practical, production-feasible pieces considering cost
✅ Work with new design ideas, techniques, and fashion concepts
✅ Ensure design completion according to the collection timeline
Requirements:
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field (flexible for candidates with a strong portfolio)
🔹 Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
🔹 Basic knowledge of sketching and pattern making
🔹 Good understanding of fabrics and fashion trends
🔹 Relevant experience preferred (freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply) problem skills.
